Tynset Hotel

Right in the middle of the small town, Tynset Hotell is a pleasant place to spend a few nights. It’s not very expensive, and the staff I met were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the meals I had in the restaurant were quite good too. My double room was a little small, but I wasn’t there to spend my time in it, and the bed was very comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Tynset.

I didn’t expect to find such a cool hotel in a small city. There’s lots of room to relax, and plenty of choices on the restaurant menu. The service really surprised me: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I felt very welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time I got a nice room with a comfortable bed, four stars. The next time, even though the hotel was empty, they first put me in a single room with a Bible. They moved me to a double, but the bed was old and hard, and a smell like a leaking urinal from the bathroom came into the room. Not pleasant, one star.

Not a good experience, even though we got half our money back. I was there for surgery and am glad I didn’t have to spend the night at the hotel afterward, given how badly the bathroom had been cleaned. Since I can’t reply, I’m updating this in English for your international guests. You said there were no notes about my visit and that I should have come to you. My boyfriend contacted your reception manager twice because black mold was running down the shower walls from between the tiles. You sent people to clean it, but they still didn’t do a proper job. Then you gave us another room, where he found a teenage girl asleep. The two other rooms you said were available also had guests in them. We ended up with half our money back, which should be noted somewhere. We did come to you, but the manager wasn’t very friendly either.
