The only upside was having street dogs around while we ate. Our room smelled awful, there was no hot water, and the staff were extremely impolite. They seemed far too focused on money: we were charged twice for our food, then charged VAT and a service fee but refused a VAT bill. They wanted cash and wouldn't stamp the bill. There was no restaurant, so they bought food from another restaurant and sold it to us at a higher price. Worst hotel in Chitwan!

We had a great time over our 2 nights and 3 days, celebrating Neplali new year 2078 at this resort. It's a lovely place with a beautiful garden and cooperative staff.
