I keep coming back to Nature Heritage Hotel in Sauraha, and it hasn’t disappointed. The surroundings are peaceful and the room is comfortable, so I’d recommend it if you want a pleasant place to stay. The food is the part I’d think twice about, though. It’s quite questionable.

The room had a beautiful view of Chitwan National Park. A great location, clean and hygienic, with good service and affordable prices.

The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. It’s one of the better budget hotels in Sauraha, and we appreciated the experience. Cleanliness and service could be better, but the place has a lot of potential. A few improvements could make it a top choice for travelers here.

We were 18 people, all older, and suffered through the summer heat during our stay. The fans didn’t do the job, and the air conditioning didn’t work in any room. We changed rooms several times and had the same problem each time. They also didn’t give us air-conditioned rooms until after we paid the full amount. There was no network, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Safari prices were much higher than those from other tour operators. The owner was always intoxicated and didn’t care about customer service. Trust me, you’ll regret staying there. Worst hotel. If you care about your money, don’t waste it here.
