The listing doesn’t match the conditions or amenities here, and it remains unchanged despite Hotels.com being informed. We left after one night. There was no hot water, and power cuts happened several times an hour, sometimes lasting for hours. It was extremely noisy, with no sound insulation, construction during the day, and yelling and slamming doors overnight. We barely slept. The blanket was too small for the double bed, covering only half of it. There was no spa or sauna despite the listing, and breakfast was poor. Before checkout, I called Hotels.com customer service. Their representative phoned the hotel while I was on the line, and the manager said they weren’t authorized to issue a refund. I was told Hotels.com would follow up the next day. Days later they emailed to say they couldn’t reach the hotel by phone. When I contacted them again, they said they’d email the hotel instead, which showed that hadn’t been done before. Avoid this property if you expect hot water, reliable electricity, or a quiet place to sleep.

My mom and I had a lovely three-night stay. Everything was clean and well managed, and the staff were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was yummy, and the chicken chowmein was absolutely delicious! It’s in Pokhara, Street No. 14. We’d recommend it, and I’ll surely visit again.

A lovely hotel again, right near Pokhara’s main hub and close to the lake, restaurants, and bars. There’s an amazing bakery opposite too.

Just around the corner from Lakeside Road, this was a great place for a comfortable stay. Staff were amazingly friendly and offered a welcome refreshment drink at check-in. The room was spacious, with a bed, two seats, a lounger table, and desk, plus plenty of room left over. There was a nice balcony for lounging during the day, and the washroom was roomy too. The bed was clean and comfy. It really felt like guest comfort mattered more than squeezing in extra rooms for profit. There was an elevator. Breakfast was a great option if included. When it wasn’t too busy, we had the à la carte menu, with vegetables, very tasty potatoes, French toast, and eggs of our choice. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it if you want comfort.

We stayed in a club room with a lake view, and it was fabulous. The manager and all the staff were polite and helpful, and the manager gave us tips about tourist spots around Pokhara. We were very happy with the hospitality. Excellent location. I’d ask nature-loving tourists to stay at Choice Inn at least once.
