Hotel Durbar Himalaya

My best night in Bandipur. The hotel has a charming heritage style, lovely details, and windows looking out over the valley. My room was spacious, thoughtfully arranged, and had good amenities. The bed was very comfortable too. It’s at the end of a dead end street, so it’s peaceful. I’m very sensitive to noise and slept really well. There’s also a great sunrise viewpoint right next to the hotel if you’d rather skip the climb to Thanimai viewpoint. You basically just have to get out of bed, and you can see the Manaslu and Annapurna mountain ranges. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the historical city center, where there are cafes and restaurants.

The staff were super friendly, and the historic town is less than a 10-minute walk away. It’s a very nice, clean hotel with a great room. The bed and shower were amazing, especially after a long hike. I’d recommend staying here.

The location near Tudikhel is a real plus. Rooms are spacious, basic, and kept clean and in good condition. Breakfast choices are quite limited, though, and the experience overall didn’t quite justify the price.

If you want a quiet place to stay in Bandipur, this hotel in Tudikhel is a good option. The rooms were clean and quiet, the service was well managed, and we had a good breakfast in the morning. One of the best spots for tourists looking for a peaceful environment.
