We came with our family, including two toddlers, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating with everyone's needs. The hotel is close to the park and other restaurants. We also enjoyed the local food they served.

We hadn't planned to stay at Hotel Westwood in Chitwan. Our booking was at Gorkha Hamlet Resort across the road, but it was overcrowded, so they arranged for us to stay here instead. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms felt luxurious, and the lawn was beautifully laid out and lit up. The hotel has an antique Rajasthani Haveli look and sits in the town center, with the Tharu Dance theatre very close by. We ate at Gorkha Hamlet Resort, where our meals had been arranged, so we didn't try the food here. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Hotel Westwood for a cozy, quiet visit to Chitwan.

Everything else is fine, but they don't have an intercom. I had to keep going downstairs to reception whenever I wanted to place an order.

Loved the environment here, and the security was good too. I think this has been my best experience. All the staff were great.

The rooms didn't suit our requirements, so we left and went to another resort.
