Navaya Residence

I sent a couple of friends to stay at Navaya, and every one of them had a wonderful time. The hosts are fantastic people who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and at home. They were accommodating in every way. Thank you, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay and warm hospitality.

Pranav was responsive, dependable, and ready to help. His recommendations were great, and he even picked me up at the airport and helped me get a SIM card, which made things much easier. I’d especially recommend the place to international professionals visiting Nepal for the first time. The single room had a balcony with outdoor furniture, a nice spot to enjoy the sun and coffee. The new sockets, AC, kettle, induction cooker, fridge, and other facilities all worked perfectly. Housekeeping came weekly, and laundry was available on request. There’s a restaurant downstairs with tasty food and good service, and I’m looking forward to its new menu. The building is newly built and renovated, very clean and organized, and smells pleasant. Pranav’s family lives on the upper floors, which made me feel safe and reassured. There’s a security system that requires an access card, plus three lovely puppies keeping watch. 😊

We spent about 10 days at Navaya and felt right at home. The people there are kind and generous, always ready to help. Pranav was available whenever we needed a hand, and he was genuinely interested in feedback and improving their service. It was a really comfortable, cozy stay.

It felt like home, with a five star kind of experience. Very clean, well kept, and in a good location.
