OYO 427 Annapurna Banquet

The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was no toilet paper, and the toiletries supplied by Oyo had already been used. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, and the glasses were used by the previous guest. The room itself was very dirty, with ants on the bed, and the staff were rude. When I asked about breakfast, I was told it wasn’t included. Later, Customer Care center called and said they would discount the room price, giving me RS 100 because there was no breakfast. For two pax, just 100 rupee. It was funny. A friend who works in oyo told me not to expect much in Janakpur, and he was 100% right. I think Oyo should choose specific hotels instead of just increasing the number in its chain. It seems they’re only focused on hotel numbers.

I arrived quite late at night and missed the kitchen, but the room service was good. The plug wasn’t working, though. They need to put in more work to improve service satisfaction.

The rooms are excellent and lovely, and the kind staff are amazingly service oriented. Everything is great, making this a lovely place to get away from the daily busyness.

The room service was poor, though everything else was good. I had a fine AC deluxe room and the food products were excellent.
