At Hotel Taj Tansen, guests were left without a water supply, and people kept calling out and complaining for help. Staff didn't seem to respond or sort it out quickly, so basic needs went unmet. My experience was very disappointing, and the service fell well short. Management needs to address maintenance and staff responsiveness.

The food suited everyone in our family and was delicious, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. We found the rooms clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a calm, family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay at Hotel Taaj. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to families.

I stayed here last year and wasn't very impressed then. This time, nearly everything seemed improved. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the location is spot on, and it feels like good value for the money.
