Hotel Lo Mustang

There are all sorts of shops within the hotel's perimeter, which made it a handy spot for enthusiastic shoppers. The restaurant staff were very nice and kept bringing us extras. Everyone at Lo Mustang was polite and made us feel wanted. Before we even arrived at KTM, manager Deepika called to arrange an airport pickup and make the start of our holiday smooth. She also set up sightseeing trips each day based on what we'd like to do. We loved the stay, and thank Deepika for making us feel like family.

RAJ and DEEPIKA at the front desk were real gems. The staff were helpful with every request, always with a genuine smile and local knowledge that made my trip easy. The hotel felt lively and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and was a great base for exploring Kathmandu. Its facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable. A great mix of energy and hospitality.

We spent four enjoyable nights at Lo Mustang Hotel. It's right in the heart of Thamel, a few minutes' walk from the shops, but tucked away from the main street's bustle. Breakfast buffet and dinner were both delicious. Everyone, from the security guards to the restaurant staff, was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Deepika, who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

The rooms were sparkling clean, and I liked the hotel's eco-conscious approach. It felt peaceful coming back here after a full day sightseeing, even though Hotel Lo Mustang is in bustling Kathmandu. Breakfast had loads of choice, including an egg bar and a fresh juice station where you could order what you wanted. I had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times, and both the food and service were incredible. The waiters asked about our day and seemed to genuinely care whether we were enjoying ourselves. Deepika was lovely to communicate with and went above and beyond to find us an available room. The whole team made us feel at home. I'm planning another Kathmandu trip already and will stay here again.
