The staff at reception were welcoming and handled things well, but we couldn’t stay. After checking in, we found dirty towels, and the replacements were stained too. There was hair in the bed, a hole in the bedding, and the bathroom sink was loose and moved around. We decided within ten minutes to stay somewhere else. Reception understood and cancelled our seven-night booking without a fee.

Padam at reception and the rest of the team were great. Our rooms were very clean, and the staff took good care of all our luggage. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to everyone 🤍

The hotel has a fresh feel while keeping its art deco details, and our room was comfortable. We also enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony. The restaurant offered a huge range of tasty food, freshly made. Best of all, the staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff were warm and went out of their way to help, from sharing travel tips to arranging transfers. Mera Peak Hotel is in a peaceful spot in Lakeside, Pokhara, close to Phewa Lake, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with lake and mountain views. The restaurant served fresh, flavorful Nepali and international dishes. It was good value and made for a memorable visit to Pokhara.

I spent 6 days at Hotel Mera Peak on 14th street, near Lakeside Rd and its many stores. The hotel has a great breakfast. I also took an inDrive motorbike to nearby Damside Lake to photograph sunrise and sunset.
