The basic necessities weren't up to standard, and the whole hotel visit was horrible. Please don't stay here. There are lots of better options in Kathmandu.

Hotel Surya had a spacious, beautifully decorated room with a breathtaking view, and the staff were warm and attentive, going out of their way to help. I especially liked the varied breakfast buffet, and the other on-site food was delicious too. Great location and amenities, so I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Pashupati areas.

The view of Pashupatinath from Hotel Surya International was stunning and gave the stay a peaceful, distinctive feel. My room was roomy and well cared for, and the excellent amenities made it comfortable and enjoyable. I'd recommend it for the facilities and the view.

The view point in front of Pashupati Nath temple is good, and the hotel itself is a nice place. I stayed two nights and had an awesome time, though the staff's behavior could be better. They should be more mannerly. Otherwise, it's a great place.
