The family running the place were very welcoming and helpful, and we left feeling like members of the family. Our room was really good, with comfortable beds and all the accessories and kits available. A very good experience, and they deserve a 5-star rating.

The room was tidy for the price, but the service fell short. I was told at the front desk that drinking water and toilet paper were included, then both were added to my bill. I also wasn’t sure what OYO’s complimentary breakfast was supposed to include, as that didn’t seem clear either.

We arranged a jeep safari through hotel Rosemay home and saw lots of animals, including a bear, which can be hard to spot. We had a lucky day. Our room was clean and had an attached bathroom, and we had a great time. We highly recommend staying here and booking the safari.

They don’t seem to give OYO bookings priority, so I’d ask people not to use OYO to book this hotel. The staff have no manners and don’t know how to treat guests. It feels like the only thing they care about is making money.

I spent one night here on my own. The room was nice and clean, with an attached bathroom, though there wasn’t a towel. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were helpful and humble.
