The guide on the Sauraha tour was wonderfully hospitable and shared useful insights along the way. The lodge also has generous parking and a roomy garden that adds to the jungle feel. We stayed in a clean, well-kept room, and there are both cottage and deluxe options. The food was tasty, though I’d have liked more local dishes on the menu. In the evening there was a complimentary barbecue and bonfire, and getting to interact with the owners’ elephants, including a baby, was a memorable surprise. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Rhino Land Jungle Lodge has warm hospitality and good facilities, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Sauraha.

The food was excellent, made with care, and the clean rooms had everything I needed. Service felt both professional and personal. I spent a wonderful 10 days here, and I’ll never forget it. I’ll come back! I also want to mention the elephants. If you want to ride elephants, do it here, because they’re treated with a lot of respect and care. I helped out in the stables for a few days and saw a big difference compared with many other places. 🐘🐘🐘 ❤️❤️❤️

This was my favourite hotel in Nepal. The garden and surroundings were pleasant, and the rooms were spacious, with great sunrise views and hot water in the shower. There are tea-making facilities and a stocked refrigerator, though the drinks cost extra. Two bottles of water were complimentary. It’s close to the shops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available with personal service, and you pre-order each meal from the menu. Highly recommended.

It’s very quiet here, with a peaceful atmosphere and friendly surroundings. Walking along the pleasant path to the room was enjoyable each time. The rooms were clean and tidy, with minibars offering a range of drinks. During the pandemic, they enforced strict safety rules and asked guests to sanitize before entering. The staff were friendly about it, and the hospitality was warm. One of the best places to stay in Souraha!

The quiet garden setting is peaceful, and the rooms are great, with hot water and nets. Owner Raj is incredibly friendly and hardworking, and does everything he can to make your stay better. He even picked us up and dropped us at the bus station. We’re glad we stayed here and highly recommend it for Chitwan National Park.
