Shrestha Hotel

Bandipur is a clean, beautiful place in western Nepal, with citizens keeping it well maintained. It sits high up and has lovely views of damauli and other nearby places. There’s a rich mix of culture and nature, and the environment feels pure. People are nice, too. You can get there by private or public transport, and it’s a tourist destination for both local and international visitors. Staying and eating here isn’t too expensive. Definitely a place to visit.

The location at the town entrance is good, and there’s a restaurant downstairs serving reasonably priced Nepali food like Dal Bhat. The room comes at a fair price and has a private bathroom, steady hot water, and working WiFi, though the router needs a restart when the connection drops. It’s a bit old and dusty, but still okay if you don’t expect too much.

The owner and the other ladies were lovely to talk with. I’d moved from the Samira because it felt too rustic, and the owner understood I was stressed from the previous booking. She made the details clear, let me choose a room, and negotiated a great price. Thank you!

Prime location, affordable prices, and warm hospitality. The food was tasty and locally grown. I loved the people, the place, and the food.
