The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It's also a great spot for exploring the city. One of Kathmandu's best hotels, in my view, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nepal.

I had a really disappointing, misleading experience. I paid NPR 3,000 for one night, but it felt like someone's house with a few empty rooms rented out as a hotel. There was shouting and noise from 6 AM onward. My room had no hot water, no phone, no room service, and no bathroom window curtain, so I couldn't even shower. One of the worst stays I've had.

Uhmmn, I guess it was okay. There's a parlour attached, the food was alright, and the bed wasn't very bouncy.

I keep trying to reach the receptionist. They pick up the phone but don't say anything. What the hell?
