The management did nothing, even though the same problems kept happening every day. We waited two hours for a shower because there was no hot water, the TV didn't work in any of the three rooms we stayed in, and the fan kept stopping. The room accessories were all bad too. A very bad guest house. Stay away!

The staff were nice, and the dhal bat was good. It's a simple hotel with no frills, right in Thamel, so expect noise at night.

The service was terrible, and the showers felt like being in jail. There were problems with the showers and fan every day, and the TV was just a picture on the wall because it didn't work. It's expensive for what you get, and not worth the money or your time.
