The location in central Bhaktapur made it easy to get around on foot, and the staff helped us find our way and figure out what to buy. They listened to our feedback and responded each time. We had a few small problems: hot water only worked about half the time, there was no AC in the heat, and our room had no hairdryer. The staff brought fans to every room and offered to change rooms if there was an issue. Their helpful service and friendly hospitality made the stay comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

I spent two weeks here during an exchange program and really liked the place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Dinner on the terrace was lovely, especially the chef’s mushroom curry and chow mein noodles.

You can see hills in some directions from this beautiful spot. The staff are sweet, responsive, and always helpful. Also, ask for the mushroom curry, it’s so good!

We’re having a great meal at the cosy Hotel Bar Cafe. The house-made nachos they brought while we waited were absolutely delicious. Our server is attentive, speaks great English, and has been teaching us things about the city. The view is great too. Thanks for a lovely visit.

For about $30 a night, the AC didn’t really work, though there was good hot water whenever we needed it and decent wifi. The balcony was lovely, the place was quite clean, and the food was good, with reasonably good service. The cozy interior is nice as well. Its location makes it worth staying here, right by Nyatapole temple in the pottery square of this beautiful city. Highly recommended.
