I couldn't sleep at all because of the BED BUGS. The bed and pillows were unhygienic, and the food was low quality and too spicy. The front desk staff were weird and rude. Think twice before staying here. It deserves ziro ratting.

At the restaurant, a kid at reception simply said they don't cook anything there, even though the kitchen looked operational. LOL! He was also drawing designs on the glass doors with his fingers. Weird.

The hotel has nearly five floors but no lift, and the stairs aren't well designed. The food menu is limited, and the dinner restaurant closes early, at 9 pm. They don't accept credit or debit cards.

The hotel was really dirty, with no cleaning at all, and the food wasn't good to eat either.
