I’d rate the food 2.5 out of 5. It’s getting worse, and they don't seem to know what goes into a Nepali thali, since it came without green saag or salad. The mutton was the worst I've had, two days in a row. Don't order it. Keep to simple food, or eat outside. I ate at FEEL GOOD.

I've never had a worse hotel stay. The room was the worst I've seen in my life, and the room service was no good. Service overall was very poor, the food was tasteless, and I didn't enjoy staying here at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

They charged me for a room with AC when I'd asked for one without it, and refused that request. I took the room, but when I asked them to turn on the AC, they said there was no electricity. If there's no electricity, what is the point of opening a hotel with AC? They really took advantage of me. Bahenchod, maa chudane, maa chickne.

Simply the worst. The bathroom stinks like a public toilet, but the room costs as much as one at a three-star hotel.
