The staff were very helpful, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. The room was on the small side and breakfast was average. The rooftop restaurant looked empty. The hotel was in the process of transferring to Siddhartha Hotel management.

The food was delicious, so I gave it two stars instead of one. Otherwise, the hotel is poorly maintained and expensive, and they made it feel like a 1-star place. It was a waste of money, and I wouldn’t stay here.

Bishal Yadav was quick, friendly, and helpful, and the service was very good. I recommend asking for his suggestions when visiting the hotel. His recommendations were useful, so I’d tell others to take his advice too.

I was at this hotel on the 21st and ordered red wine. I don’t know what quality of wine they served as JP cenet, but I’ve had a burning sensation and felt uneasy ever since.

The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, and room service is quick. It’s within walking distance of shops, and the hotel is clean with good hygiene. One of Birgunj’s best hotels.
