The hotel’s location made it easy to reach key areas of Birgunj, and the calm atmosphere helped make my stay relaxing. My room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and the amenities were well kept. Meals were fresh and flavorful, with plenty of choice and attractive presentation. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, which made the whole visit enjoyable. I’d gladly recommend Sarovar Hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Ronik made our time at Nest memorable. He kept an eye on how we were doing and made sure we had what we needed throughout the visit. He’s friendly, professional, and has a great attitude.

Mr. Aditya Shrivastava helped keep our official programme running smoothly, from the lunch arrangements through dinner. He was attentive and calm, and looked after our guests with real warmth. A true gentleman and a gem of a person. The ambience, food, and service were all well managed and showed professionalism. The whole team deserves thanks for a memorable event. I’d recommend this hotel for corporate events and official programmes. Shreeram Giri Province Manager -Madhesh Province Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd

The breakfast was nice, but the rest of our stay at Sarovar Hotel, Birgunj was poor. The bedsheets, pillow cover, and table in the room were untidy and didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. The lift was out of order, so one of our friends had to walk from the ground floor up to the 9th. At the swimming pool, no staff were available, and even after waiting more than 10 minutes, we couldn’t get towels. Service and maintenance fell well below what we expected. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
