I really liked the Hindu traditional way they welcome guests. Still, the price didn’t feel justified by the quality. The room AC wasn’t good, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with weak water flow from the shower.

Everything else was fine, but the room needs better ventilation. Room service took a long time, the washbasin was faulty, and there was just one charging point. Without a charging point, the room is completely useless.

I stayed here for the last seven days, but checked out today because of the manager’s behavior. He doesn’t respect guests and doesn’t seem to know how to speak to them. I’ll tell my friends and relatives not to stay here unless the manager learns to value guests.

The staff were sweet and helpful, and the food was delicious and appetizing. I had a very pleasant stay at velvet luxe hotel. It’s near popular attractions like lumbini cable car and sidharth cable car.

I was here for a couple of days and had a good experience. The service could be better, especially at the restaurant, to make guests’ stays more enjoyable and memorable.
