We couldn't sleep through the night. The double room had no fan or way to get fresh air, and the opening near the ceiling had no mosquito screen, so the room stayed hot and mosquitoes kept biting us. Since nobody was actively running the B&B, we couldn't get moved to a better room. I wouldn't come back.

The rooftop was a highlight, with incredible views and a simple breakfast up there. The place was clean and had hot showers, and the hosts were so friendly and attentive, always offering tea. I enjoyed it enough to stay five days.

I never got hot water during the night, even though I'd checked with staff about it before booking. At 8 pm I told someone I planned to shower, and he said he'd let me know when the water was ready. By 10, nobody had followed up, and the contact numbers they gave me didn't work. When I raised it the next day, they made excuses instead of apologizing. If hot water was difficult to provide, they could have just told me. The service felt irresponsible, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room looked like the photos and was tidy and clean. But the TV didn't work, and neither did the Wi-Fi while we were there.
