The only good thing during our two days here was the very nice outlook. The TV did not work, and there were no AC rooms. Nothing was included with the rooms. Toilet paper and water were charged separately, at prices about 40% higher than shops outside. Most surprising, they added a 10% service charge to the total bill despite providing no service. I don't recommend staying here.
Great owner, and everything else was good too. Best place so far, with nice rooms and service. I’d definitely recommend it.
The location is quite a walk from the real lakeside, so you might spend a little extra for a nicer room in the core lakeside instead. They advertised deluxe rooms while booking, but had none. Housekeeping was at its worst, and the food was terrible despite the exorbitant prices. A total waste of money, absolutely not recommended. Don't go if you value your money.
We stayed at Hotel Swiss Home for two nights and had an amazing time. The management were friendly, the price was reasonable, and the experience was very good.
The rooms and bathrooms were old and not good. Service was poor, yet they added a 10% service charge with no service at all. It felt like a hotel scam. Booking a vehicle through them was another scam, so don't do it. If a taxi brings you here and you see these reviews, make the right decision then and there.
