Right in the center of itahari, so it's convenient for getting around. The food was average, and the hotel felt only average for the price. At breakfast they told me there was no tea, and there weren't any tea bags in the room either.

The rice we ordered tasted awful, and the baby corn and sweet corn in it seemed rotten. I wondered if the summer heat meant the kitchen wasn't looking after its vegetables properly. On my birthday yesterday, the restaurant was full, so we were moved to a small AC room by the entrance, where there were lots of mosquitoes. It's a popular restaurant, but I don't understand why hygiene isn't being maintained. You can't tell what's happening in the kitchen, and they really need to address it.

We waited 15 minutes after ordering, then were told the kitchen staff couldn't cook and the food wouldn't be delivered. I've never had service like that in my life. A horrible, disgusting experience. If I could, I'd give this hotel minus ten for service.

It's right in the middle of Itahari Bazaar, which is convenient. But the hotel feels very dated and needs a full renovation to meet modern standards.

The tangri kebab I ordered through room service was disappointing. It was expensive for the quality and portion, and looked nothing like the menu photo. The location is good, the rooms and halls are nice, and the lunch khana sets are commendable. Breakfast was okay, though service can be slow and there can be miscommunication.
