For a budget stay, Hotel Twin Tower has a restaurant, room service, private bathrooms, and TVs with plenty of channels. It's near the local post office. The problems were hard to overlook: dirty sheets, a bathroom with a bad plumbing smell, and occasional bugs in the room. There's an electric fan, but no air conditioning or heating, and the entrance isn't wheelchair accessible.
