The hotel's facilities didn't impress us much, but Nandu Jha made a real difference. His service, behavior, and politeness won us over. If every staff member were like him, the hotel could measure up to a five-star place instead of a three-star one. Thank you, Nandu.

The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with a good range of toiletries. Mr jay kishan at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, and Mr Nandu sir, the service department officer, was so polite. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd like to visit again when I have time.

I had a luxurious stay at Hotel Welcome today, with hygienic food and a very high standard of service. Food and beverage Manager Mr Nandu sir and his team gave me a wonderful welcome and treated me so well. Mukti das chef prepared the food, and receptionist Mr Jay kishan and Saraswati mam were polite, as were all the staff. When I come to janakpur, I'll choose this lovely property again.

We were fortunate to stay here and eat food prepared by the F&B department. Manager Mr Nandu jha sir and his team made us feel welcome, and Mukti das ji chef served good, hygienic food. The professional welcome from Mr Nandu sir made the stay feel luxurious and comfortable. I'd like to come again and recommend Hotel welcome to my friends.
