Zero stars. The place was loud, nasty, and smelly, with mold and bed bugs. I still have the scars. I wouldn’t recommend it. There were no refunds, and management blamed me instead of themselves.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Daali. The room was cozy and clean, and we liked the amenities and facilities. A friend recommended the place, and the check-in and check-out were smooth. Room service was great, breakfast was healthy, and the staff at Bistro 26 were WOW. Thanks to the Daali Hotel & Apartment team for the warm hospitality.

The price is very affordable, and the room was good for what it cost. We were out until late morning, so I didn’t get to try the food or drinks. I left my charger in the room, though. As soon as I noticed, I contacted them and told them about it. I was sure they’d find it, but they said they hadn’t. That disappointed me.

A quiet courtyard just off a busy Thamel street made for a nice place to sit, and the staff were friendly. I also found a clean bathroom. Hotel Dali was a pleasant surprise: the veg dal bhat set was really tasty, served on traditional brass kitchenware, and cost only 150 NPR. Such a good deal. I’d definitely go again.

I think this hotel gave me my best experience, with romantic views, a hangout kind of feel, drinks, a clean room, and good service for the writer. The location is the best.
