Hotel Vrindavan Palace

The hotel is easy to find, and the rooms are large, with space for three or four cots. There's a lift, air conditioning, and dining halls on every floor, though those halls smell bad. The rooms looked clean too, but had an odor; the corner rooms had rats and mosquitoes. The AC wasn't always working, and the blankets were very thin, but okay. There are frequent power cuts, so watch your step. Services were okay. A few shops are nearby, but for better shopping you'll need to walk farther.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had no smell at all. It was quiet at night, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I've been travelling to different places for four years, and this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was so poor they couldn't provide even the basics.

The kitchen was the highlight for me. The food was delicious, and the cook was lovely, always wearing a big smile. Hospitality was very good, the receptionist was attentive, and the staff were helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Janakpur.
