The rooms are warm and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a bathtub, electric blankets, yak skin sandals, and a little in-room library. The hotel overlooks Nilgiri, which makes for a lovely setting. Breakfast was surprisingly basic, though, and the restaurant manager came across as arrogant. He wouldn't provide even a basic low-calorie sweetener, while the coffee shop next door had no issue giving one to a non-customer.

The food was excellent, and the chef kindly adjusted the menu to cover all our requests while we were on a package tour. The staff looked after us so warmly and personally throughout our stay. Oms Home made our time in Jomsom wonderful. We loved the hotel and the place. My best, Param.

We thought the hotel was a little expensive for the services. The food was delicious, but we were disappointed with how the manager handled breakfast: we were traveling with kids, yet they said only two breakfasts were included per room and didn't help much even after we asked several times. The older property is maintained well, and there is a newer block too. The stay was okay overall.

The mountain views were stunning, and after a long day of travel in Jomsom, the cozy rooms and genuine hospitality made for a comfortable, welcoming stay. Khuda Gawah Song was shot here, and Amitabh Bachchan stayed here.

We stayed in the newer of the hotel's two buildings. The room was spacious, with hot water, a heater, and a heated bed, and the view from there was awesome. One of the best places to stay in Jomsom.
