We had a pleasant two-night stay at Hotel Gauri Airport before my flight. The staff were courteous and professional, and the airport pickup was convenient. We paid for an extra day through midday but left at 8 p.m., then had to arrange our own drop-off. Given that we'd stayed two nights, I think a drop-off would have been a valuable addition. Still, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the hospitality.

I always visit when arriving in or leaving Kathmandu, and the hotel is just five minutes from the airport. They also provide pickup. The location is prime, the atmosphere is friendly, and the service is the best for the price. The owner is humble and friendly, and the staff were cooperative even when I arrived at midnight.

I had several reservation problems and some communication difficulties, but the staff were very patient with me. They still let me stay for a few hours, and I really appreciate the help. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you!

I don't recommend this hotel at all. For the high price, the room was cramped with poor ventilation, and there was loud noise outside. The sheets and pillows were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the food was very expensive. A 500 ml bottle of water cost Rs 40. I had to call reception three or four times just to get the things we needed. Poor customer service.

I've stayed here for six years, and each visit has been excellent. The staff are always cooperative, polite, and professional, and the room service has consistently been exceptional. Their care and hospitality make me feel at home every time. Thank you to the whole team for keeping the standards high. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to coming back many more times.
