We also went trekking in Annapurna with them, and the organization was great, the guides professional, and the experience unforgettable. They offer authentic treks on the outskirts of Kathmandu too, away from the crowded tourist routes. The whole family was kind and attentive, making us feel at home from the first day. At Homestay Nepal the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, the showers worked perfectly, and the homemade food was varied, delicious, and made with care. A perfect experience from start to finish. We'd definitely return if we're back.

The room was clean and comfortable, and Bella made great breakfasts and nice evening meals. I had such a lovely stay with Babu, Bella, and their family, who were very welcoming. I was there during Tihar, the religious celebrations, and they included me, which was interesting and really nice. Kirtipur, with its nice temples, is a 30 minute walk away. Though it's close to Kathmandu, the Homestay feels like countryside, with fields, hand harvesting, and green hills right behind it.

I was there for a full 6 weeks, for an internship and then a vacation, and the family made me feel part of the household while respecting guests' privacy. The beautiful house was a lovely place to stay. They looked after all my concerns, and the food was fantastic and varied, from Western to traditional dishes.

The fresh vegetables from their garden and the lovely views made my one-night stay special. You can see part of the Himalayan range. Bella, Babu, and their family gave me exceptional, genuine hospitality. Asante sana!!

Babu, Bella, and their son Aajush live here with Gizmo, their dog and security guard. We really appreciated how welcoming, kindhearted, and supportive they were. Staying at the Homestay was an unforgettable way to get to know Nepal's people and culture. I'm very thankful for it, and hope we'll see you again.
