We had a very disappointing two-day stay, and the high room rate didn't feel justified. There was a strong, lingering musty smell in the room that made us suspect pest issues, such as roaches. The toilet seat cover was badly discolored and yellowed, which looked like poor cleaning and maintenance. There was no menu or rate card for food. When we asked about the prices, the staff didn't give a satisfactory explanation and just said they were in line with "local rates." Guests should at least be able to expect a clean room without strong odors and clear pricing information. This stay fell well short of that.

The restaurant had no menu card, and charged ₹300 per person just for bread and tea. The plates were dirty and the food service was pathetic. The rooms were filthy, the bathrooms disgusting, and the toilet seat was yellow and stained. AC wasn't working in several rooms, and termites were crawling on the furniture and walls. Absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It shouldn't qualify as 1-star, let alone 3-star. The place felt like a total scam disguised as a 3-star hotel, dirty and mismanaged, and nowhere near worth what they charge. Avoid it at all costs.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are big and spacious. The location is good and the price feels justified. The infrastructure is quite dated, though. It all seems like it's been used for a few decades.

The bath towels were dirty, and the AC in our room stopped working. The food was below average, yet they charged a high rate for it. They don't have a menu card. A very bitter experience.
