After arriving, we found out that the room we'd booked a week earlier had been given to someone else. Nobody had let us know, explained it properly, or offered a sincere apology. With no other option at the last minute, we accepted the alternative room. The service was extremely poor, and the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. They acted as though serving us was a favor, and one staff member even said they “don't need recurring customers.” They also tried to charge a fine without explaining why or telling us in advance. The argument over it lasted nearly an hour, ruined our morning, and disrupted our plans. It was one of my worst hotel experiences. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful stay.

Good value for the money. The staff, from the kitchen to the front desk, were kind and helpful, and all good people. My room was comfortable and the bathrooms clean. It's right in the heart of the city, so it can be noisy during the day. I'd recommend it for a couple of days.

I booked a room ahead, but they gave it to someone else without telling me. They gave us no proper information, and the person we dealt with was rude and didn't apologize. Such bad customer service. Worst experience ever, I don't recommend this hotel at all.

We had to take mostly cold showers because we needed to leave early, around 7 or 8 am. The staff's behavior was really bad, like we were staying for free. Asking for anything brought an intolerable response from one staff member. It was disgusting, and there was complete partiality. I wouldn't recommend it. We stayed through saraogi travel agency, which booked this awful place for 3 nights for me, my sis, and 2 kids. The rooms they first gave us were horrible. They changed them the next day, but charged us far too much extra.
