They wanted 1000 rupees for a dirty, smelly room with mouldy walls, stinky beds, and a toilet without water or light. When we questioned the changing prices, the manager got aggressive and physically assaulted my partner at reception. My partner tried to film him, and the manager cornered him and tried to take his phone. He seemed high to me and got angry because we were making him late for his party. He mimicked us and acted aggressively. I could give this 0 stars if I could. The manager's mood changed so suddenly that he scared me. It was a really freaky experience and shook us up badly. I've never had service this awful or experienced anything like it.

The room smelled awful, with dirty walls and insects, and the bathroom water was brown. There was also a lot of noise. I'd give it 0, not recommended.

The rooftop bar is a standout, with delicious food, and the neighborhood is quiet. Rooms were clean and had free toiletries. The hotel was welcoming, with friendly staff available 24/7. The location is perfect. I'll be back soon.

The hosts are kind and genuine, and the staff have been so helpful. They arranged laundry and bike rental for me, all at local rates. On my last night, the friendly chef put together a BBQ with my new friends. Lovely people, and I can't wait to return one day.
