The hotel is very close to Pashupatinath temple, and the calm atmosphere suited both families and business travelers. Rooms were clean, comfortable, well kept, and had the basic amenities. Housekeeping came regularly and hygiene was good. Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in and checkout went smoothly, and they dealt with requests promptly. It’s convenient for local markets and transport. The food was decent, though its variety and taste could be better. For a reasonable price, it’s a comfortable option with reliable service for a short, hassle-free stay.

There’s plenty of room, with AC options from luxury rooms through to suites, and the food is delicious. Pasupatinath temple is just ahead, with the hotel right in front, and the airport is nearby too. A very conveniently located hotel in Kathmandu, recommended for sure.

The billing problem was the worst part of my stay at Hotel Badrinath. Staff added bills for things I never ordered, then argued when I questioned the charges and refused to pay. They said I had signed for those items, which wasn’t true. When I raised the issue, the staff were rude and uncooperative instead of trying to sort it out calmly. The management came across as disorganized and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I’d advise people to think twice before booking Hotel Badrinath. There are better options nearby that treat customers with respect and provide good service.

We had dinner at the Thakali restaurant upstairs and were thrilled with the food and service. The Thakali was among the best I’ve had, with an authentic, traditional taste. I’ll definitely come back, and highly recommend it!

The room stayed spotless and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The food was delicious, with a good range of choices. Hotel Badrinath is also in an excellent spot, just walking distance from Pashupatinath Temple. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
