This is the best hotel I've ever booked. I don't regret choosing it, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in Kathmandu.

The TV didn't work, even though they promised it would be fixed the next day. There was no hot water, the food was below average, and the place was very noisy. Customer service was nonexistent. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. Please don't bother staying here. Just don't!

The hotel is squeezed into a very small area, and the rooms feel small and compact too.
