Hotel Hana

Having a balcony and private bathroom meant I had everything I needed, and room service was always available. The staff were friendly and glad to help. There's a small dining area, plus plenty of restaurants on the same street and a money exchange right across the road. It's a great little hotel, conveniently close to Kathmandu's sights.

The food and service were great, and there’s a very nice view from the top, not amazing, but still nice. They also picked us up from the airport and dropped us back there, which was a big help.

When I’m back in Kathmandu, I’ll choose this hotel again, definitely. I stayed here in 2015 after picking it before my trip. The location was convenient, the interior traditional, and everything clean. I can’t remember the very kind administrator’s name now, but they were well trained and knew how to find solutions in difficult situations.

Hotel Hana is excellent value for the price. Its restaurant is excellent too, and the staff are absolutely great. The hotel sits on a quieter street in Kathmandu’s Thamel district, with lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby.
