Hotel Krishna Kathmandu

The room and bathroom had cockroaches and spiders, so it felt like staying in a zoo. The TV was only for show, with no channel subscription or YouTube, and the Wi-Fi kept buffering whenever I tried to watch something on my phone or iPad. I paid around NPR 3500, which seemed suitable, though the online rate was clearly higher. I had called ahead and booked, but didn't get the room I'd reserved. The receptionist said it had already gone to a regular customer who arrived earlier. Apparently calling to book doesn't help if you show up late. I actually liked the room I ended up with, even if it felt like a zoo. I see people giving it 5 stars. Maybe they liked the place, maybe it was their first hotel experience, or maybe they'd only stayed at this hotel.

The manager made us feel welcome from the start. He was friendly, polite, and professional, helped carry our bags to the room, and checked that everything was okay. When we had a minor internet problem, he sorted it out right away and was always available with a smile. His care made us feel safe and at home. We stayed on 22 December 2025. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The manager's excellent service made the stay stress-free. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place near the airport.

We stayed for a day and really enjoyed it. The room was cozy, the staff gave excellent service, and having a lift meant we didn't have to carry our luggage up. Thanks, Hotel Krishna kathmandu, for taking such good care of us.

The food was really bad, and both the hotel manager and the guy at the counter were ridiculous. The rooms weren't clean either, with cockroaches running across the floor, and the TVs didn't work. One of the worst hotels in the airport area. Don't waste your money at this nasty place.
