The staff seemed unaware that guests are sleeping at night, many of them possibly jet lagged. They were shouting cuss words in the hallway and on the stairs in the middle of the night. Zero professionalism. Do not recommend at all.

The room was alright, but I didn't sleep because the staff were so loud at night. They were throwing plates and utensils in the kitchen, talking loudly, moving chairs around, and playing music until 1am. Then they watched TV at full volume until 2am. I went downstairs and asked them to keep it down, but they acted ignorant. I had to be up at 5am for the airport, so it was a sleepless night.

Food was very good, both Indian and Nepali, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel has very clean, airy rooms in a quiet spot about 100m from the airport, tucked in the alleys. You just cross the main street, where cars can't pass but motorbikes can.

We were within walking distance of the airport, and enjoyed our one night at Marinha. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hot shower was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and did their best to communicate despite the language barrier. Since we were there in low season, some menu items weren't available, but they served tasty snacks at night and a perfectly fine continental breakfast in the morning. Recommended!

Best hotel near the airport, with a great hospitality team.
