The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, and we were kept waiting for 45 minutes. For the high room rates compared with other hotels, I expected much better cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. This was a very poor, overpriced experience and definitely not worth the money. I forgot my charger and called reception as soon as I realized I'd left it behind. They first said nothing had been found, then called back to confirm again that there was no charger. That felt careless and irresponsible. I also arranged simple birthday decorations myself and had told them when booking that we were coming for a birthday celebration. They suddenly said decorations weren't allowed and demanded extra payment, which had never been mentioned before. Worst hotel experience ever. The service felt unprofessional and careless.

The room was cramped, the bathroom was really bad, and it hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait at least an hour. I also left my phone charger behind and called reception within four hours, but they said there wasn’t one in the room. After several calls, they said they’d check and call me back, but never did. Businesses like this put the whole hotel market at risk.

The rooms felt cramped, and the bathrooms were awful. At those prices, there are some great four-star hotels available. I only stayed because the location worked for my sister’s wedding, and it was a terrible experience. I was there with my family from 4/12-05/12 and left my slippers behind. They were expensive, and I’d just bought them for my trip to Nepal. I called reception within five hours of leaving, but they said there were no slippers in the room. After several calls, they promised to check and get back to me, but never did. Businesses like this put all the hotels in the market at risk.
