The rooftop is a lovely spot to watch the sun set over the city, and the owner is kind, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was clean and air conditioned, though I believe there are other room options, and it had everything we needed. Kathmandu Peace Guest House has become our go-to in Kathmandu. It's close to everything in Thamel, but tucked down a quiet street just a short walk from the busy tourist area. Definitely recommend.

The owner is so friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need. I’ve stayed here twice now and had a lovely time both times. It’s tucked away from the main road, so nights feel quiet and safe.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were so friendly. We only stayed one night before an early bus to Pokhara, and now we’re kicking ourselves for not staying longer. The location is perfect. Thank you, we’d highly recommend staying here!

I first stayed here when I arrived in Kathmandu, then came back again when I was leaving. The hosts were helpful and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There are at least two great restaurants just a few steps away.
