The staff and service at kuna resort were the best part for me. They're well trained, and the food was among the best I've had. Rooms were good too, and the location felt nicely removed from the town's hustle and bustle. You can visit without hesitation.

I had one of the worst experiences I've had. I went with friends, and the hotel showed no consideration. For what they charge, the rooms are awful. They seriously need to look at how they handle hospitality.

The pool was clean, though small. Using the poolside changing rooms was really difficult because there were no lights, mirrors or basin. Staff could use more hospitality training.

I've visited twice. It's a peaceful resort, the kitchen staff are great and the pool was clean, though there was too much clorine.

The service was really bad, and the staff were rude. There was a cockroach in the room, plus it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Swimming was allowed only once, and a second visit to the pool cost an extra 1k per person.
