The food was delicious, and the hospitality made my first visit here a really good memory. Our room was neat and clean, the staff were genuinely nice, and they gave us great service. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great ambiance. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. The hospitality was great too. I think mandala norling lords prime at ktm is the best hotel in ktm, and it’s well worth visiting.

The rooms are spacious and the price feels fair, with friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is good overall and its amenities are decent, though the room upkeep could be better. Getting there can be inconvenient because the access road isn’t in great shape. I was also concerned that there’s no proper inside door latch for extra security.
