The restaurant staff made me feel judged. When I ordered food, two different employees asked if I could finish the meal, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate. I should be able to order and eat without being questioned like that. It wasn't welcoming or relaxing hospitality. The room was also uncomfortable and didn't seem well maintained or worth the price. I hope management takes the comments about room quality and staff training seriously. I would never book this hotel again, there are plenty of other places.

The restroom could use a better clean, and it needed toilet paper. The man who showed us to our room was very sweet, welcomed us politely, and gave us his phone number in case we needed anything.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the price was within budget. Food service was quick and friendly. There was parking for two-wheelers, the road nearly connects to the main highway, and TV and wifi were available. Housekeeping was below average, and I had to call them every day. Hygiene also needs work. There's no dry cleaning, so I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. They had a range of food, but the taste was average for the price. I had a great vacation here. The rooms were decent, but the hot water wasn't reliable. Room service got things wrong and was overpriced, and the final bill included many items we hadn't ordered. If you don't fully understand Nepali, there's a real chance you could be duped. OYO services are usually better than this. Hotel staff should act ethically and not try to cheat guests. I suggest action be taken against the hotel and its staff.
