A special thanks to the night shift team. They made a late check-in and getting help overnight smooth, and they were so welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again!

I could smell alcohol as soon as I walked in, and the room had no window, which made it feel suffocating. The place was so dirty, and the staff were rude and had no manners. I was frustrated within a day. One of the worst hotels in Kathmandu Valley. I'd rather stay on the road than here.
