I loved how comfortable this guesthouse felt, almost like having a home in Katmandu. The garden was lovely, and the staff were helpful. From the rooftop area there’s a beautiful view of Swayanbhu, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There’s good coffee and a restaurant nearby, plus a shared kitchen, a cozy room, and hot water. I hope I can come back soon 🙏🏻

The owner was lovely and the stay was good value, with drinking water provided. There were problems with our laundry, though: some clothes went missing, and a few of the duvets were a bit dirty.

I had a great time here when I visited in February 2025. The hosts were friendly, and it’s really close to Swayambu. Thanks for a great stay.

The garden was lush and well cared for, with plenty of natural light, and the hired staff were wonderful. Getting to restaurants meant going a long way uphill, though. Aggressive monkeys were all around, and noise carried between the surrounding buildings. Dogs below my window barked very loudly all night, along with noise from the neighbors.

The rooftop view is stunning, and the place itself is tucked into a calm, peaceful area. I also liked the garden, with its big trees and shade. Wi-Fi was super fast, with a strong signal even outside the building. The kitchenette was fully equipped and high quality, and the service was quick and dependable. The host was welcoming and helpful. This is my favorite place to stay in KTM.
