The staff were welcoming and always willing to help. Mr. Suman Acharya, the F&B Manager, stood out for his helpful manner and warm hospitality, which made the stay even better. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and the property felt new and well maintained. It’s also in a peaceful setting away from the busy city, which made it a relaxing place to stay. I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Mr. Suman Aacharya, one of the managers, deserves a special thank you for his cheerful kindness and the personal touches that made our visit memorable. The people here really go out of their way to make guests feel special. The views across Lalitpur were breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. This resort is one of the best places we’ve stayed, and we’ll definitely return soon. Highly recommend!
