Hidden Leaf Bed and Breakfast

The staff were the best part for me. They were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to get us whatever we asked for. The food they make is delicious, too. The rooms are clean, with incredible views from the windows, and the beds and pillows are really soft. The bathrooms are shared and separate from the rooms, but they’re kept clean. The hot water is available as long as they turn on the switch. Hidden leaf bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. I’d stay again and recommend it to my friends.

There’s a parking area, and they serve a variety of healthy, tasty food. The charges are moderate, and transactions are made in dollars. Rooms are well furnished, the place is comfortable and attractive, and the service is satisfactory. But one particular staff member really disappointed me. They need good motivation and training to provide good hospitality.

I gave this “hotel” a chance despite the bad reviews, and it was one of my worst decisions in a while. The receptionist was rude and condescending, and other staff we dealt with were remarkably rude as well. There was also a strict 10 pm entry cutoff that nobody told us about beforehand. Our room was unclean, the blanket cover was torn, and toiletries were missing. They had promised complimentary breakfast, but no one was around to serve it. I went to another part of town and found a much, much better place for the same price.

My first experience this terrible, even after staying in many hotels. Everything here felt like a nightmare. The staff were very rude, the room was dirty and overpriced, and I can’t imagine how bad the toilet was. I recommend that everyone avoid this place.
